Gothic Grab Bag 6

Download this episode (85 min)
Greetings,
The series for daywalkers and goths on the go has returned from the Grave!

These are some of my favorite mixes to put together because I can mix new and old, all different genres, and I get to throw some weird shit in there too. Hopefully this week you will hear some bands you have never heard before. This week, some tracks are so new they haven't even been released yet, and some are so old or obscure you'll be scratching your head.

Don't forget to leave a rating for the podcast on iTunes.

Stay Dark,
The Count

Very nice arrangement you have thrown together here. It is good to see the grab bag resurrected once again. Although I’ve grown rather fond of the ‘At Love’s End’, ‘Darkest Desires’, ‘Electronic Valentine’, oh and not to mention a very personal favorite, ‘An Age of Eloquence’; I do like how you’ve been able to change things up between podcasts so as to not sound monotonous.
I’ll be around San Francisco for this upcoming week so although I’ve yet to see if you’re DJing within the area, I’m sure I’ll be roaming around to your podcasts nonetheless.

My Profile

I was Embraced in 1797, Sired into the Toreador clan, I never knew my sire...but here is an account of that fateful night: I Dreamt of a blood maiden. I drew near, and saw she was crying, but her tears were red as blood. I touched her tears, and tasted them, and they were wonderfully salty, sharp with spice and savor. But the maidens face had changed, her skin was grey-white, and red tears dripped from her lips. Her hair had turned black, and wreathed her head like twinning serpants. I was afraid but could not run, i screamed and then i awoke, heart pounding, cramped and aching. It had been no dream, I had been under the spell of a powerful countess. She had drained me, and i was drunk on the blood of the vampiress. My body was dying, for we all die, and i was then born to darkness. Now I have the unquenchable thirst for blood, like liquid fire, i live to sink my teeth into soft flesh, to lose myself in the pounding rhythm of my victims heart, the overwhelming rush like a great river, as their life blood is drained from their body. I am a vampire, Kindred, Toreador, and will be for the rest of eternity.
